The Sharjah Driving Institute participated in the “Our Awareness, Our Responsibility” event organized by Al Qasimia University at the Female Students’ Colleges, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote traffic awareness and enhance road safety culture.
The event was attended by H.E. Prof. Awad Al Khalaf, Chancellor of Al Qasimia University, along with a number of faculty members, administrative staff, and students.
The Institute’s participation included traffic awareness lectures focusing on safe driving practices, adherence to traffic regulations, and responsible road behavior. The Institute also showcased its collision simulation device and vehicle rollover simulator to raise awareness among students about the dangers of traffic accidents and the consequences of reckless driving. In addition, educational gifts and awareness materials were distributed to engage participants and effectively deliver the safety message.
Representing the Institute at the event was Mr. Mishal Al Rais, Corporate & Government Relations Officer at Sharjah Driving Institute, who emphasized the importance of collaboration with educational institutions to spread traffic safety awareness among university students.
In his remarks, Al Rais stated:
“At Sharjah Driving Institute, we believe that driving is a responsibility and a trust that must begin with awareness and commitment to traffic laws. Our participation in this event aligns with our social mission to promote road safety awareness and help reduce traffic accidents through education and specialized training.”
